About SLS Brands

Scott Langton is a globally respected menswear designer, creative director, and brand builder whose career spans luxury tailoring, iconic streetwear, and international lifestyle brands.

A graduate of the Royal College of Art in London, Scott earned a Master’s degree in menswear and tailoring before refining his craft through an apprenticeship with Richard James on Savile Row. He went on to be selected as Head Designer of Phat Farm before crossing over to Creative Director at Sean John. His tenure culminated in 2004 when the brand received the CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year Award, solidifying Scott’s reputation as a leading force in menswear.

Building on this success, Scott launched the globally recognized streetwear brand Artful Dodger. Fusing creativity, cultural insight, and a distinct design vision, the brand achieved immediate acclaim and widespread adoption. In 2007, Artful Dodger was acquired by Jay-Z and Iconix, with Scott continuing as Creative Director until his exit in 2011.

Following Artful Dodger, Scott founded Under Two Flags, a brand defined by its signature blend of Americana with a British accent. In partnership with GTFM, the founders of FUBU, the brand gained international recognition and was carried by prestigious retailers including Harvey Nichols.

Scott’s career continued at industry leaders Global Brands Group and NYC Alliance, where, as Vice President and Creative Director, he launched and scaled multiple iconic international brands such as Frye, Tretorn, and Le Tigre.

Today, Scott’s journey comes full circle with the launch of SLS Brands, a full-service agency created to serve as a premier resource for emerging and established designers. Through strategic design, manufacturing expertise, and market insight, SLS Brands empowers partners to grow, innovate, and succeed in an ever-evolving global landscape.
